Some Miyetti Allah Fulanis were caught by Nigerian Army personnel with AK 47, they claimed it was given to them by Kwara State government. Kwara State government denied the allegations and pointed to Nuhu Ribadu NSA as the person that armed them with AK 47.
In Kogi State, some Fulanis were seen by Navy officers wearing Military uniforms carrying AK 47. When they were waved to identify themselves because of suspicion they opened fire on the Navy officers,, battle ensued, the Navy overcame them killing two of the Fulanis. It was found out that in the pocket of the two Fulanis was ID cards of Miyetti Allah group indicating they were members of Miyetti Allah. Let us pause and remember that throughout Buhari’s time, Miyetti Allah was spokes man for Fulani Militias.
Ribadu came out to admit he gave them the AK 47 and that it was a secret vigilante group he raised to protect Kogi and Kwara State that is being attacked by Fulani militias. A vigilante group of any area in Nigeria is constituted by the locals and represented by only locals who live and know the area. This is the first time in the history of Nigeria that a vigilante group is constituted by FG government and is represented by a certain tribe by a certain group and it is sent to an area it has no tribal affiliations with, the locals that are not informed, the military knows nothing about it. This is the first time AK 47 is given to people outside the Military and para military members of Nigerian forces. How only Fulani are given weapons of such magnitude in Nigeria is another question. Why Fulanis are the only ones in such caveat operations is another problem. How can a Fulani be sent to fight a Fulani is another mockery. Miyetti Allah has come out to reject their members that attacked the Navy but have not denied being given AK 47.
My people. It is obvious NSA Ribadu is compromised. It is obvious the Fulanisation of Nigeria had entered another gear. Which authority does Ribadu have to empower Miyetti Allah and constitute a National vigilante group secretly that comprises only Fulanis? Ribadu is Fulani. Why should Ribadu continue to be NSA of Nigeria after this open admittance that he turned his office to arming Miyetti Allah to attack our military and the States of Kwara and Kogi? The buck stops at Tinubu’s table. This is looking like APC being a terrorist party except the President removes Ribadu
