We currently have large population of homeless people. Not people that aren’t working ooh .. but homeless hustlers.

It’s a housing crisis and thousands are living in chanties. Cost of transportation has made it impossible for people to operate from their villages or far distant locations.
A state/country like Nigeria isn’t only created to enjoy oil money/allocations, but rather to consider sensitive issues that affects the people and deal with it.
Survival is becoming hard for the just. Since those working can’t survive, how do we discourage people from going into crime?
The government is training people to become criminals as means of surviving and at the same time, fighting crime.
