The Obidient Movement Stands Firmly With His Excellency Peter Obi
The Obidient Movement remains 100% committed and loyal to His Excellency, Peter Obi, and to no other presidential aspirant. Our support is not transferable, and it is not negotiable.
Let it be stated clearly and unambiguously:
The Obidient Movement will only support and vote for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) if Peter Obi is duly presented and emerges as the party’s presidential candidate through a transparent and credible primary process.
We will not be manipulated, coerced, or misled into supporting any other candidate under any guise. Our mandate is clear, our resolve is firm, and our loyalty is unwavering Peter Obi remains our presidential candidate.
Nigeria’s population is predominantly youthful, and it is widely acknowledged that the strength and future of Nigerian politics rest on the shoulders of her youth. Today, Nigerian youths are fully Obidient driven by hope, intelligence, courage, and a desire for a new Nigeria built on accountability and good governance.
In this regard, we call on the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to uphold the principles of equity, justice, fairness, and inclusiveness by zoning its presidential ticket to the Southern States. This is not only a moral necessity but a strategic imperative that aligns with national balance and democratic fairness.
The Obidient Movement, present in every part of Nigeria and across the diaspora, will continue to resist all forms of political intimidation, harassment, voter suppression, and abuse of state power. Attempts by the ruling party to stifle opposition activities, disrupt rallies, or intimidate political actors are unacceptable and will be firmly opposed.
We are not afraid.
We will not be silenced.
We will not retreat.
The Obidient Movement represents the largest citizen-driven political movement Africa has ever witnessed. Our strength lies not in violence, but in our numbers, our intelligence, our unity, and our unwavering belief in democracy.
As we march towards 2027, we are confident that this movement is heading toward a landslide victory. Every vote will count, every vote will be protected, and every attempt at rigging or manipulation will be resisted lawfully and decisively.
A New Nigeria is not a slogan it is a destination, and together with Peter Obi, we are getting there.
