FEDERAL HIGH COURT JUDGE UPHELD NO CASE SUBMISSIONS, DISCHARGED AND ACQUITED MUHAMMAD MAHDI SHEHU & ONE OTHER OF ALL SIX(6) COUNT CHARGES.

  1. Today, the 19th of January, 2026, in two hours 70 pages judgement a Federal High court judge seating in Kano Discharged and acquited Muhammad Mahdi Shehu and his company Dialogue Global links limited from all the six count charges filed by Disgraced IGP Adamu on behalf of Katsina state in 2021.
  2. The six count charges were rooted in Cyber crime, defamation of character, peddling fake documents and spreading false information which brought disrepute to Katsina State government officials.
  3. The case lasted almost four(4) years going through four (4) Justices and four(4) arraignments
  4. However after presenting six (6) witnesses from the IGP’S office and from The Katsina Government , both the Nominal complainants (Masari’s Katsina State government) and the prosecutor ( IGP RTD. the disgraced IGP Adamu) failed woefully and with distinction to prove any of the six (6) charges.
  5. All the witnesses assembled proved themselves to be unreliable, contradictory, fluid, shaky, disconnected, uninformed, incompetent, far detached from the nomenclatures of the charges they themselves framed and filled.
  6. In a marathon judgement, the presiding judge discharged Muhammad Mahdi shehu and his company Dialogue Global links limited from all the six count charges maliciously complained of by the Masari Katsina State Government and IGNORANTLY by the then Disgraced IGP Adamu which they failed woefully to prove.
