Yesterday, I was in Jos, Plateau State, to see Victor Solomon (aka Zidane), who was recently sentenced to death by hanging and subsequently transferred from Kaduna to Jos prison.
To the glory of God, Zidane is in very high spirits. He sends his regards to all people of good conscience who have continued to advocate for true justice in his case.
I was expecting to see a broken, weak man in jail, but I met a man upheld by God. His smile reminded me of my 162 days in Kaduna prison, I smiled 24/7 because I knew that God would surely deliver me from my oppressors./Steven Kefas
