Yoruba nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has declared his readiness to work with the Federal Government to eliminate b@ndits and criminal elements from forests across the South-West.

Speaking to Saturday PUNCH in Ibadan, Oyo State, Adeyemo said he and his supporters are prepared to enter the forests if granted government approval and support.“I need the support of the Federal Government to strengthen security in the South-West. I’m ready to enter the forests in Yorubaland with my boys to flush out t+rrorists att@cking our people in rural communities. We can’t do anything without government approval or support,” he stated.

Adeyemo emphasized that with his freedom and pardon, he is prepared to collaborate fully to rid the forests of criminal elements and rogue herders threatening community peace.

He reiterated that he has the manpower and capacity to assist in safeguarding rural communities if the Federal Government gives the go-ahead.
