A chilling manhunt is underway in Lagos as police have declared 30-year-old Iroegbu Alexandra Chisom, also known by his aliases “Biggy” or “Omoba Salvage,” a wanted man for the alleged conspiracy and brutal murder of his own friend. The crime, which authorities say was motivated by pure greed, has sent shockwaves through the city due to its calculated and treacherous nature.
A Betrayal Turned Deadly
The tragic incident took place at the Pearl Service Apartment, a hotel located in the Lekki-Ajah area of Lagos. According to the investigation, Chisom allegedly lured his friend, identified as Mr. Olusanya, to the hotel under false pretenses. It was there that the plan turned deadly.
With the help of cult members he had enlisted, Chisom is accused of brutally stabbing Mr. Olusanya to death with a jackknife. After the murder, the group allegedly stole the victim’s valuable possessions, including a significant amount of money, high-end musical equipment, and his car, before fleeing the scene.
Profile of the Suspect
The Nigeria Police Force has released a detailed description of Chisom, urging the public to be vigilant.
- Age: 30 years old • Height: 1.82 meters (approximately 6 feet)
- Build: Heavily built
- Complexion: Dark
- Distinguishing Features: An oval face, thick lips, and a noticeable limp in one of his legs.
- Last Known Address: 23 Road X Close, Block 1, Flat 3, Area 1, FESTAC Town, Lagos.
Police sources have described him as a “ticking time bomb” who is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
One source noted, “He’s vocal, dresses like any young guy on the street, but don’t be fooled—he’s capable of anything.”
Public Warning and Reward
The Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at Panti has obtained an arrest warrant from the Federal High Court. Authorities are pleading with the public for any information that could lead to Chisom’s capture and have offered a reward for useful tips.
The police have issued a stern warning: If you see him, do not approach him. Instead, you should immediately report the sighting to the nearest police station or contact the CID Panti directly.
This case serves as a grim reminder of the rising concerns over cult-related violence in Lagos, where the pursuit of material gain can lead to the most devastating betrayals. As the manhunt continues, residents across Ajah and surrounding communities remain on high alert, while a heartbroken family mourns the senseless loss of a promising young life.
