Is Cassava farming truly becoming unprofitable?

I handled close to 30 acres of cassava farm for some clients last year. Cassava is mature for harvest, price is not encouraging, the worst of it is that there is no buyer. If we eventually get buyers,we won’t realize half of the money invested on the farm. That’s the fate of all cassava farmers now.

To lessen the burden on myself,I have told them to also look for buyers and while harvesting,it will be advisable for them to be present and see things for themselves.
