Thanks but no Thanks, Hausas too have been victims of Fulani heritage of violence, Hon Gagarawa tells VDM

Dear Verydarkblackman
I AGREE WITH PART OF YOUR ARGUMENT. THE NORTH IS THE POLITICAL STRUCTURE OF CRIMINALITY THAT NIGERIAN POLITICIANS BOAST OF, AND THAT THE NORTHERNERS ARE HOLDING NIGERIA BACK.

However, on this particular point, I think you’re wrong.

The leader of Boko Haram, Mohammed Yusuf, was Kanuri, not Hausa. Most of the group’s leadership and strongest support base historically came from Kanuri dominated areas of North East Nigeria.

Likewise, many of the major bandit leaders identified over the years have been Fulani, not Hausa.

Can you name a major terrorist or bandit organization in Nigeria that was founded and led by Hausa people?

I know you are someone who genuinely loves Nigeria and speaks against injustice wherever you see it. That is why I believe you should be careful not to generalize millions of innocent Hausa people because of the actions of Fulani And Kanuri who do not represent them.

The Hausa people have been among the biggest victims of Boko Haram and banditry. The fight should be against Fulani bandits, boko haram and the politicians who enable them, not against Hausa tribe Hon Kabiru Gagarawa.
