The lifeless body of a Fulani herder, Bala Bunkau, was discovered in the Hurti area of Bokkos LGA, Manguna District, after he was allegedly killed on Thursday, 2 July 2026.
Every innocent life lost is a wound on our shared humanity. No family should have to endure the pain of finding a loved one taken by violence. May justice prevail, and may the soul of Bala Bunkau rest in perfect peace. May his family find strength in this moment of unimaginable grief.
