If it’s about contracts, then their influencers are the ones taking them.
Now here’s the big question: Why is it that even though Hausas make up about 34% of Nigeria’s population and Fulani are only about 6%, almost all the top politicians are not Hausa? Why are there no Hausa governors in many places?
Just think about Katsina a state that is 85% Hausa yet they have never had a Hausa governor. Same with Kano. Why?
