A young man’s motorcycle was allegedly snatched from him this morning between Ugwuna and Okpala.
According to the owner’s account, men dressed in military uniforms stopped him and asked why he was riding the motorcycle in that manner. He explained that he was still learning how to ride.
He said the men took the motorcycle key from him and instructuted him to report to the military checkpoint at Owerrinta. However, when he got to the Owerrinta military checkpoint, he was told that no motorcycle had been brought there or reported to them.
