This guy called Mark Okoye II, MD/CEO of Southeast Development Commission, is the person every Igbo youth should hold by neck, testicles and toes to explain what he does with the billions released to Southeast Development Commission for about three years now.
A champion in organising fancy seminars without visible impacts.
The Other day, I saw him inside the bush in Nkanu wearing a helmet in the name of an agro programme where they will sink billions and tell stories tomorrow.
For close to three years, the commission has done absolutely nothing in Abia, Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi and Enugu apart from seminars with different teleprompters and projectors.
This is the person Igbo youths should channel their energy to for accountability, not on Umahi and Obi political tragic-comedy.https://www.facebook.com/share/1KUd6n1Gbg/
