A bag of beans moved from โฆ20,000 – โฆ25,000 to peak at around โฆ200,000. Dem say we suppose dey thank Mr. Bola for the new price at โฆ120,000 – โฆ140,000. Hunger has suddenly become normalised.
Local flight tickets moved from under โฆ50,000 to โฆ400,000+. Local travel is now a privilege.
A 50cl soft drink moved from โฆ100 to โฆ400 – โฆ550, a small reminder of how everyday life became expensive.
