As the first day of bloodless protest ends , traders insist the shut down should last another week

The protest is escalating fast. Governor Soludo shut down the Onitsha Main Market yesterday, Monday, and announced next Monday as the date for it’s reopening. But the protesters have drawn a harder line, vowing that the market will remain shut even on the next week Monday Soludo fixed for its reopening.
