A Prophetic Call Back to the Altar of the Home

Beloved, hear this with a humble heart.
God never called us to succeed in the Church at the expense of our families.
He does not trade strong pulpits for broken homes.
Scripture teaches us plainly that leadership in God’s house is first proven at home.
Before a man stands before people, he must first stand faithfully with his spouse and children.
A public anointing that destroys private responsibility is not from God.
Your labor in church can never compensate for your absence in your family.
No amount of preaching, prayer, or sacrifice will replace a father who was never present or a spouse who was emotionally unavailable.
God does not sponsor irresponsibility—He corrects it in love.
This is why God trusted Abraham.
He said, “I know him.”
Not because Abraham built altars everywhere, but because he would command his children and household to walk in the way of the Lord (Genesis 18:19).
God reveals Himself to those who steward both vision and family well.
We must repent of raising wounded children while building successful ministries.
Children who grow up feeling abandoned in the name of God often grow angry at the God we proclaim.
That anger is not rebellion—it is the cry of unmet responsibility.
If our service produces bitter children and silent spouses, something is wrong.
That is not godly leadership; it is misplaced zeal.
A church that grows while families collapse is not a revival—it is a warning.
Hear this prophetically:
Children you do not nurture in their youth will demand your peace in old age.
God is not mocked—what we sow in our homes, we will reap in our later years.
And to spouses married to church leaders who are faithful to everyone except their own household—God sees you.
Some are suffering quietly while the Church applauds titles and gifts.
This is not God’s design.
The Lord did not anoint anyone to win the world and lose their marriage.
We must also speak to the Church as an institution.
God is not glorified when workers are exhausted, neglected, and discarded after years of service.
We cannot promise heaven’s reward while denying earthly care.
Remember the words of Jesus to Saul:
“I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.”
Touching His people is touching Him.
Neglecting His servants is neglecting Christ.
This is a call to return—
Back to intentional parenting
Back to present spouses
Back to humane leadership
Back to Christ-centered responsibility
Let us examine ourselves before God examines us publicly.
Personal evaluation brings preservation.
Healthy families birth healthy churches.
And God is most glorified when His people are whole—at home and in His house.
