If South East development commission do not want to engage in real infrastructure development in south east, let it be disbanded. What kind of thing is this? Spending 450m on 4 day conference yet you did not pay for hotels or accommodation for participants. Just tea and bread.

I wanted to see that t the commission is partnering to build rural roads in the southeast. Build hospitals in the rural areas to help tackle the high rate of child mortality .
In entire Ayamelum there is no working hospital and same with other local governments in south eastern Nigeria yet you are proposing billions for foreign travels and cars. Bia, Mr mark okoye you better go back to drawing board and come up with what we want to see. The last time I engaged you, you told me you were coming up with something to benefit south east that we should have patience with you and I agreed but just look at what you did. Secondly ask your media boys to stop writing and attacking the positions of senators because the more they write the more we tend to align with the senators.
Just note that we are not comfortable with that budgets you presented. We cannot keep doing things the old ways and still expect results. The budget you guys prepared gave room for stealing our f public funds.
Forget about changing our mindsets for now just start building infrastructure which is one of the reasons the agitations started. Who are the critical stakeholders you said you were consulting with our money? The same people that refused to allow south east to develop? We say NO.
If you want us to supply you with critical infrastructure where developments are needed in the south east we can give to you without pay.
I don’t like nonsense Biko
