Warning: Don’t Read This If You Are Igbo
I really don’t know how the Igbo people managed to be in charge of Nigeria before independence and for some years after the independence.
If you go to school, you must see a greater percentage of Igbo teachers. If you go to federal services under the white man and immediately after independence, there is a majority of Igbo people. Again Army officers are mostly Igbo people. We don’t know if this was a result of merit or the normal Igbo dominance.
This is the reason we the Yoruba and Northerners will be forever grateful for the Pogrom of 1966 and the war that followed. At Kaduna, Maiduguri and other northern states, we rounded up Igbo Officers and other Eastern officers and murdered them all. It was brutal. We did not care if they spoke Bia or not, we just brought down everything that looked like Igbo. Don’t get angry over this. This is history and history will never respect anyone or try to please anyone. Even the recent weapon against free speech called Fact Check can’t bring this one down because it says the truth and it was documented in Maduebo’s book called Biafra and Nigería’s Revolution.
The war was fought with total disregard for the rules of engagement. We wanted a total decimation of the Igbo people. We cut them down on the streets of northern Nigería. We shot them on in the Airport in Lagos. We separated the Northern/Western/Foreign travellers from the Easterns and opened fire. With their blood, we painted the airport red. Our bullets shattered every Obi, Etumudo and Tari among them. We did not spare Igbo soldiers, police, navy, and immigration officers among them. On the streets of the North, we cut down fathers, mothers and children. Even pregnant women were never spared. We killed them all. And those that escaped we emptied them inside the Benue River.
It doesn’t matter if you suppress this post. It won’t stop the historic truth from escaping. You denied many people history at school while growing up, but I was among the lucky few. And we will write down this hatred to inform that Eastern soldier that these same people who jailed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and freed 700 northern terrorists once kîlled 300 Igbo Eastern soldiers without remorse. What they did in 1966 they are still doing in 2026. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was born in 1967, yet what his people suffered in the hands of Nigeríans before he was born is what he is still suffering today.
We bombed them back to the Stone Age. We bombed churches, we bombed farm lands, schools and markets on market days. We buried millions in a single bomb and made many fatherless and childless. We made sure no food came in and they started dying of kwashiorkor. More than 3.5 million Biafran children died.
Then we took over. We defeated them and gave them the lie called No Victor and No Vanquished. This to me was the greatest lie ever told after one Nigería.
No victor and no vanquished, but 3.5 million children died.
No Victor and no Vanquished but we destroyed the entire Igbo land.
No victor and no Vanquished, but we took the money in your bank account and gave you merely 20 pounds irrespective of how much you have in your account.
No Victor and no Vanquished but we indigenised all foreign companies without any Igbo man getting one.
No victor and no vanquished, yet no Igbo can become head of the Army, police and NNPC Chairman.
No Victor and no Vanquished and North was president, Yoruba vice president, again Yoruba president, and the North president, yet no Igbo became president.
No victor no Vanquished yet Nigerian Military can wipe off Igbo communities because IPOB members waved Biafran flag, but no Northern community will be touched even after kîlling an Army General. If an Army General fall on Igbo soil, they will call for genocide on all the Igbo communities around that place.
Where is the victor and no Vanquished?
Are you feeling sad over what you are reading? Are you shedding tears? But it is the truth. It is history. How can you tell me about no Victor and no Vanquished when the 3Rs of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Rintegration were introduced but were never carried out anywhere in the East where the war took place. But got carried out in the North.
We took over from the dominerring Igbo people and we will hold on to it. Your governors are our puppets who struggle to please us. We will keep releasing deadly Boko Haram Terrorists, rehabilitate them and even pay them, yet we will keep Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Sokoto Prison very far away from his state and there is nothing any of you can do about it.
We conquered you people and it will stay that way. Whenever the betrayals you call governors get tired of serving us, we replace them with new sets of betrayals.
It isn’t my fault. This is history.
