BREAKING NEWS: 6 DAYS SINCE THE SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT AND THE CTC IS NOT OUT
To the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria who sat on the PDP Convention 2025 case,
Today, the 6th of May, 2026, makes it exactly six days since the Supreme Court delivered judgment in the matter concerning the PDP Convention 2025.
Respectfully, many Nigerians, party stakeholders, legal practitioners, and concerned citizens are increasingly worried about the delay in releasing the Certified True Copy of the judgment.
Considering the importance and time sensitive nature of this matter, the CTC is not an ordinary document. It is a vital legal instrument upon which decisions, political processes, aspirations, and the future direction of many individuals and institutions depend.
The Supreme Court remains the final hope of the common man, and its judgments provide clarity, certainty, and guidance in matters of national importance. For this reason, every party connected to the case ought to have timely access to the Certified True Copy in order to fully understand and comply with the reasoning and pronouncements of the Court.
Six days after judgment, many are asking respectfully: why the delay?
This appeal is made with deep respect for the judiciary and the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court.
