We are reviewing the situation, but unfortunately, we have not seen any positive changes from them.

MTN is still sté@ling customers’ data. They remain the biggest th!ef of data in this country.

Their attempt at whitewashing the issue by refunding small amounts like 46,000 Naira or even 400 Naira to some people is nothing but ext0rtion and d@m@ge control.

In my own case, MTN steals about 55,000 Naira worth of data from me every month.

I buy what is supposed to last a full month, yet it finishes in just three days. Many others who buy huge bundles like 800GB yearly also report that it gets exhausted within one or two months.

Every service MTN provides these days feels like pure ext0rtion. That is why, starting from today, we have people on standby across the country ready to lead pr0tests and occupy MTN offices.

This matter is not limited to MTN alone. Airtel, Globacom, and other telcos are involved, along with the government agencies that are supposed to regulate them. They are all compl!cit, and they will all be held accountable”

— Omoyele Sowore has accused telecom giant MTN Nigeria of expl0iting subscribers, warning that pr0tests may erûpt nationwide following the expiration of a seven-day ultimatum issued to the company
