About 3 People Reportedly K.iled in Ifite Ogwari Last Night
It was a fearful night in Ifite Ogwari, Ayamelum Local Government, on 14th May 2026, as about three people were reportedly k..iled during what appears to be a riot.
As of the time of this report, several houses have been burnt down already.
An Operation Udo Ga Achi vehicle was also burnt, and houses belonging to members of the Udo Ga Achi group were set @blaze last night.
I gathered from Ifite Ogwari TV that it was the Udogaachi Ifite Ogwari branch that first beat an energetic youth to the point of death.
Then, as the youths were protesting the ki**ing of one of them, the same Udogaachi opened fire and k.i.led two other innocent people instantly.
The situation escalated further by midnight, and the youths have continued to protest angrily.
All security agencies, political actors and public office holders are therefore advised to take swift action this morning to prevent further escalation of the situation.
