While speaking to his congregation in the now-trending video, he said in the Yorùbá language:
“Here is my reply to those who rose against the implementation of the Sharia Council in Oyo State: dey no born your grandmother well.
Muslim brothers, tell them that they are unf0rtunate. You dare not say it publicly. If you say it in our presence, we will b£at the h€ll out of you. It shall not be w€ll with all of you.
Sharia is our constitutional right. Even if Nigeria is divided, we will still demand it.”
This statement was made by the self acclaimed Islamic cleric known as the Mufti of Iwo, thre∆tening, cu®sing, and calling for v1ol€nce against those who oppos€ the implementation of Sharia in Oyo State while our government looks away.
