Biafra First: Why Institutions Must Lead Restoration, Not Personalities
I will never again endorse any individual beyond the cause of Biafra itself. Any Biafran effort or organisation operating outside a proper institutional framework that places Biafra at the absolute centre of its priorities counts me out.
Biafra must be the single focus point. Restoration requires clear institutions and dedicated departments organised solely around that goal, structured bodies with defined roles, accountability, continuity, and a collective mandate larger than any one person. Anything that falls outside this institutional approach is a hoax. I will never get involved in it.
For too long, energy, resources, and loyalty have been directed toward charismatic figures, temporary alliances, or loosely organised groups that claim to speak for Biafra while prioritising personal visibility, factional control, or external agendas. These approaches repeatedly fracture, dilute the message, and leave the core objective vulnerable to ego, rivalry, and inconsistency. When the individual becomes the brand, the cause becomes secondary. That pattern must end.
True commitment means refusing to elevate any single voice above the institutional machinery needed for lasting restoration. Endorsement of personalities creates dependency and division. Focus on institutions creates resilience.
Biafra restoration demands organised structures: departments or organs dedicated to diplomacy, documentation of historical and legal claims, economic planning, cultural preservation, information coordination, security strategy where appropriate, and internal governance. These bodies must operate with transparency, departing planning, and a clear hierarchy of purpose, Biafra first, always.
Such institutions outlast individuals. They can absorb talent without being captured by it. They can coordinate effort across regions and generations. They can maintain a consistent position that does not shift with the fortunes or moods of any one leader. Anything short of this ad-hoc campaigns, personality cults, or groups that treat Biafra as a platform for other ambitions remains a distraction and a deception.
I will not lend my support, voice, or energy to efforts that operate outside this framework. Groups or individuals who prioritise personal branding, external partnerships that dilute the goal, or activities that treat restoration as secondary to fundraising, politics-as-usual, or self-promotion are not advancing Biafra. They are selling a counterfeit version of it.
The standard is simple and non-negotiable: does the structure exist primarily and permanently for Biafra restoration, with institutions and departments assigned to that work? If the answer is no, count me out.
Biafra deserves better than temporary heroes and fragmented campaigns. It requires disciplined institutional focus. That is the only path I will walk. Everything else is a hoax I refuse to join.
