WHEN YOU ARE CALLED TO SERVE IN HIS BRIGADE!
A Destiny to serve under His Command would take one through some unpleasant, rough routes.
The Lord would demand you trivialize all those challenges and treasure the process.
Like most military training, classroom work must accompany rigorous exercise. All through these, while you are allowed to express your frustration, pay attention to the process, or else you would never be nominated by the GreatOne to meet with Caesar in Rome.
Beloved, God’s best must go through an intense process. Have you ever come across the rigorous training of US SEAL SOLDIERS? Maybe that could give you a little idea of what it takes to make the best.
No wonder He said in His word, “Timothy, my dear son, be strong through the grace God gives you in Christ Jesus.
You have heard me teach things that many reliable witnesses have confirmed. Now, teach these truths to other trustworthy people who can pass them on to others.
Endure suffering along with me as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
Soldiers don’t get tied up in the affairs of civilian life, for then they cannot please the officer who enlisted them.
Athletes cannot win the prize unless they follow the rules.
And hardworking farmers should be the first to enjoy the fruit of their labor.
Think about what I am saying. The Lord will help you understand all these things.”….2Tim 2:1-7
You may be along this route already, so please do not give up. With my little experience in God’s Military formation, He will never deploy you to any meaningful mission if you weren’t trained properly.
Our world is waiting for us. The harvest is ripped; let us rush in to preserve this vast harvest. You can start from where you are. Winning the world to Jesus requires our very best. You are the best, so don’t ever forget.
So many first-year students depend on you, so do not give up. Your victory means a lot to us. You might need to reread the above scripture. God was talking to you and not just Timothy, okay?
The only option you have in being strong is to be Strong. He said, “If we return, His Soul shall not be pleased with us. God has budgeted and procured everything we would require. Let us jump on and ensure our every day counts.
How am I sure you understand me here? May the Lord give you understanding and fire up your grace through knowledge and unwavering loyalty towards the build-up of our Victory match.
