S. 36 of the Nigerian Constitution any order granted in the BVN case against banks is a nullity against any person who is not a named party in that suit. – Adebisi Iyaniwura

The Honourable Attorney General of the Federation ought to know that by virtue of S. 36 of the Nigerian Constitution any order granted in the BVN case against banks is a nullity against any person who is not a named party in that suit. There are plethora of judicial authorities by the country’s highest court on that well established point of laws……the government should learn how to do things in a more civil and mature manner.
