So much waste…cant the party forms for presidential primaries be sent by courier?/BA

Are these people normal?…..they high a plane.. Half filled .go to abuja to collect a form for presidency …only to display it on arrival.
Digital leaders…full of waste. Can’t the forms be sent by courier?
