Why are we all Stuck at Lagos Ports/Senator Shehu Sani

That we are a country with a costal line stretching 853Km running through seven states and yet ridiculously stuck in a gridlock in one coastal state,tells more about our decades of infrastructural default,absurdity,idiocy and self inflicted suffering.
