I was shocked that Otti would welcome Hope into his abode but on a second thought I realised that Hope is the leader of the Southeast Governors and could have gone there in that capacity. It’s an uncomfortable politics notwithstanding upon all the funds that were repatriated to the SE during the Yuletide the Southeast seems not to have an economic indices to show the volume that was trapped in that region and its impact on the economic outlook of the region.
iThe SE should have an economic team and a research institute to look into the impact of trapped repatriated funds into that region from time to time and especially during seasonal celebrations.
