He ruled Kogi State for 8 years. Many people believe he is still ruling the state. That is also your state, no? So you shd know that he also plundered the state to the tune of multiples of hundreds of billions of dollars possibly.
His plunder is present continuous tense. Now he wants to convert it into future interminable tense.
