Notice is hereby given that, sequel to the just concluded House of Representatives Primary Elections of the All Progressives Congress, the National Assembly Primary Appeal Committee for Imo State has been inaugurated and mandated to receive petitions/complaints arising from the House of Representatives Primary Elections held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Imo State.

The Committee hereby invites aspirants in the said primary elections to submit petitions/complaints to the Committee from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, May 18th, 2026, at the APC State Secretariat, 47 Okigwe Road, Owerri, Imo State.

By this notice, aspirants who intend to appeal the outcome of the primary elections are hereby enjoined to ensure that petitions/complaints are submitted and to appear before the Committee within the specified period.
