“My people, if someone visits you and the person wants peace, then stay peaceful with the person, but someone always comes to put hands into your pot of food on fire, if the fire burns the person then the person will say you should take responsibility for the fire that burnt him. From now henceforth, I want to tell the world that no irigwi man will take responsibility of someone we dont know. If a Fulani man should come to Irigwe land, he will come at his own risk. No Irigwe man, no Plateau Youth should be arrested for any Fulani that comes. We will not take that rubbish again….” – Plateau Youth Leader
