Angry stakeholders caught a Local Government Chairman in an hotel squandering public funds, and gave him thorough beating of his life.
The angry stakeholders, in a state in South East Nigeria, had traced the local government chairman to the hotel, caught him in luxury lifestyle, then, unleashed their anger, questioning what he was doing with the LG money.
The LG chairman was, thereafter, taken away from the hotel premises for further torture.
